Sentry mode

Hoping someone can help. I have tried everything. I have prayed, cried and now I'm in the stage asking for help.

Sentry mode triggers but does not record to my Samsung T5 500.

I go into the car with the message "15 sentry events" but nothing in the viewer or hard drive.

Note that the dashcam works fine

I have tried so far:

- Restarting Tesla
- Reformatting the drive in the Tesla
- Reformatting the drive on my PC

What else can I try?

In the dashcam screen there are three tabs labelled "all, sentry and dashcam". Have you tried selecting the sentry tab?

You should definitely try another usb drive. Get any usb stick just to test with.
