short of turning off sentry mode, getting a garage, or putting tape over the cameras, i think your'e out of luck. personally i just ignore the clips unless i find damage on the car.

Reboot. That might fix it. Without knowing more about your night time parking situation can't help much more.

Was it raining hard? Tree branches waving in background? I'm assuming your car was outside. Obviously, something is triggering it. Knowing what that is, may give you some ideas on how to stop it.

It’s in a carport. Completely covered. As I noted there isn’t anything moving on the clips. I’ll continue to monkey with it.

Do you want Sentry Mode on at home? You can Exclude your home address and/or Favorites, Work in the Menu.

Yes, I need it at home. The carport is open, and we had a prowler not long ago. I was aware of the exclusion choice, but thanks. I had another >200 clips last night. I scrubbed, reformatted, and shut everything down. I let it rest for a few hrs. The dash cam requires a prompt (horn honk) to record, but I can live with that.
