I witnessed this Black jeep side swipe this white Honda the other day, there is a good bit more damage than you'd expect by watching the video. I got it on Sentry but the plates are just a tad bit hard to make out. I'm trying to help out the owner of the white Honda. I know there are a few tricks to make things a little bit more readable I'm just not very savvy with doing these things - can anyone help?

Hi,
I tried to enhance the plates on the Jeep - without any luck.
The base resolution of these images is not good enough to reveal the plates when you zoom into them.
