September 2021 Order Delivery Dates

PSA: check your rims at delivery! Took delivery yesterday and one of my rims had a decent amount of curb rash. Delivery specialist said it was good to catch it now as rims repairs can be questioned after leaving the facility. New rim has to be shipped from Fremont for my service appointment.

When placed order on line, it said that home delivery is not available in my area, but when the pick up appointment opened up in the apps, it shows home delivery only and no other option - For Buena Park DC. Guess I’m a glutton for punishment. The September order thread just isn’t frustrating enough.
It’ll be the six months anniversary of my order this Saturday. I’m gonna throw a party and invite some September orders who got their cars at the end of the last quarter.
A few weeks ago I picked some dates in the past, and then looked at the Teslike spreadsheet to see when VINs had come-in. It was fairly evenly distributed over a 6 week period. There was an "average" number of days, but it was "plus or minus 21 days", so there was a huge spread. There's a random-ish process that decides if you are in "week one" of deliveries based on your order day, or "week 6".
Ugh, sigh...Sept. 7 order date.
When EDD was Feb. 15-Mar. 15, on Feb. 15 it changed to Feb. 28-Mar. 15.
Then when Feb. 28 came around, it moved to Mar. 14-Mar. 28.
I hope that pattern doesn't continue when Mar. 14 rolls around...
