Texted with my SA today and he said LR MY7 are the ones getting the longest delays (of course!). He did mentioned if I switched to MYP then I could get delivery sooner. But no 7 seats and $5k more. Hmm....

It got pushed back again..no VIN…spoke to Tesla specialist and was told mid august would be earliest. They’re having issues with parts for 3rd row and tow hitch apparently.
My date got pushed again too. Currently my EDD is August 17th- September 21st. I called Tesla and the specialist that I spoke to had absolutely no information to provide, so this is good to know.
Well two days into my July 19 - Aug 2nd window they moved it to July 30 to Aug 9... how did it get worst??? LMAOSo update... my EDD is now July 19 to Aug 2...
They keep moving the bait!!!
It's about 6 days away fr that window and I don't have a VIN number assigned to me yet sooooooo I'm pretty skeptic of this new window... I think we're gunna keep doing this dance til end of August.
Hope everyone else is getting good hopefully updates on their delivery!
I did give them a call for status.. which was pretty helpful.. they have my car expected to leave the factory July 21st and arriving at my pickup location first week of Aug.. which i should get more info on pick up! Whoohoo!

Look up the closest dealership on where you believe you will be picking your vehicle up. Their site number should redirect you to an agent to help you.
My EDD updated this morning to Aug 7 - Aug 21. Still no VIN. This is the first two week window I have seen. Adding FSD last month moved me way up it seems, probably still looking at year's end if I had not done so.

Mine just changed again to August 1- August 15! First two week window I've seen, looks like it's finally happening.
Ha! My trade in offer fr them was $800 for a 2009 LEXUS IS250.. I have quite a few miles on it .. but geez less than $1k I might as well keep it as an emergency car
2018 Model 3 LR, no bells, no whistles...no farting horn, haha. KBB says something like $50,000, which would be awesome considering I paid less than that for it when you factor in the tax credit. I just REALL don't want to mess with 3rd party sales and in Texas, a trade reduces your sales tax.

Soooooo- Got scheduled for a pick up the 2nd week of Aug ...buuuut the dates they gave me i was going to be out of the country.. so i called tesla ....
The SA basically said pick it up during that time or they needed to remove my order from my account and i would i have to reorder!! Never heard of such a thing.. i kinda went apeshyt of the idea of waiting about 11 months having to reorder!
Unsympathetic - she said it was the system not them.... so i guess i have a friend picking up my tesla for me while im on vacation...
Anyone heard of this kind of thing? I thought we had the flexiblity of at least a month to pick up your car?
