Server Error 500 and what options to avoid potential issues

Same here. Interestingly, only one of our two cars show this, but neither connects to the app while on 5G or WiFi. I have 4.3 on a tablet, and 4.2.3 on a phone. Both have identical results.

Currently trying to start my car but can only do that thru the App and now the app is giving me the 500 Server Error. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. I feel this might be some sort of app update going on since I'm not the only one experiencing this.

it’s not an app latest update issue i don’t think as in my teslafi it showing my car as offline and i am sat in it connected to my home wifi must be a problem back at the mothership.

500 (usually "Internal Server Error") is a pretty general status code that means something has gone wrong on their end, it will (probably) get fixed soon
