I have no idea what this means.
I cannot connect with my phone to our Model S. I cannot connect with my wife's phone to our Model S.
Yet, we can connect each phone to our Model 3.
When I try to connect to the Model S, I receive the dread circle of doom following by, "server error."
I deleted the Tesla phone app and reinstated it. I logged in, and still bupkis.
The touchscreen has not changed the connectivity settings.
To my knowledge, "server error" means the waitperson brought the wrong plate to my table or a double fault in tennis. Beyond that, I am out to sea.
