Service appointment no longer showing in Tesla app

Anyone experienced this? I've got an appointment for tomorrow (Thursday 22 October) but it no longer shows up in the app. I received a parts update email on the 17th. No other indication or text.

I guess there is no way to find the appointment on the web?

Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch...

I would try and get thru to someone at the Service Center who can look at what happened and reinstate the appointment.
I had this happen to me once and the SC found that the appointment was in a status of "canceled by the customer". I had been trying to modify the appointment and may have accidently canceled it, but really believe that it glitched and canceled itself when I was trying to add info to it. In my case, the SC was able te reinstate it, but for a couple days later.

Thanks, I am 100% certain I did not cancel it, unless the Tesla app has some very unexpected behaviour.

I'll see what happens and will call them tomorrow before the original appointment time. What needs to be done is not critical at all.

I had the opposite happen. An appointment showing up that I didn't make.
