anyone have a bad experience with TESLA mobile service? so far every time i had an appointment with the mobile service repair, they been late by 1 or 2 hours.
so that would mean, you wait from 0830-1230 normal morning appt but at 1225 you get a message from them saying that they will be 1 or 2 hours late. so your day is wasted. their fix is well you can just reschedule for another day, so that would make another day that you would have to wait a half a day just to get a message before the appointment time ends saying they will be late by 1 or 2 hours.
i must say TESLA has the WORSE Service Dept of any car company. stuff like this just makes me want to sell my Model 3 and go back to a gas car and not have to deal with the Service Dept or should i say late of service dept. this is for the San Antonio area
