Uh, that is just an automated scheduling. If the car hasn't already been inspected and documented with this problem, then all that the mobile tech will do is to verify the issue. You are going to find out that it needs to go to the shop for repair.Thanks for finding this information. I do have this problem and went on the Tesla app to schedule service and it automatically scheduled mobile service in one month.
