Service Center Experience

Hoping to get some feedback from others on how unusual my service experiences have been.

I took delivery of my MY mid-June. I will admit I took note of every minor issue and listed it in my first service appointment - some were minor, a few were not (like a small scratch on the glass sunroof, which apparently required fixing by a specialist). Many of these issues were fixed, but some were not at all despite having received a written report that they were.

Since then, I've had to go back once and have a 3rd appointment scheduled to fix the remaining issues they either claimed were fixed (but weren't), or new issues that were caused while fixing another. For example, my car didn't have a scratch on it when I dropped it off (literally garaged the entire time I had it), but the first time I picked it up, I noticed they caused a big scratch mark 1" long right around the area where a trim piece was replaced that was clearly made by a tool of some kind. The most recent example is a deep 1.5" cut along a trim piece where they did work on the passenger front seat.

I found all these while inspecting the car after the fact, but I don't feel like they should have given me the car back with bigger damage than what was there when I brought it in, so I now seem to be in a perpetual cycle.

During my most recent appointment, they informed me they "found" damage along the side of the car while it was in their possession, as if someone had hit it (damage serious enough that it required body work). They agreed to fix it, but their "fix" was at best superficial and it took a lot of back-and-forth to get them to agree to fix it correctly. Despite having my car for over a week, it looked like they rushed or altogether skipped repairs.

Has anything like that happened to anyone else?

Has anyone had experience with the SC in Frisco TX? Just developing a serious relationship with our new MY (actually belongs to my wife), but assume I will have to use the SC to address some interior molding issues.

My new EV with be the Cyber Truck...if it finally goes into production (just reading that Tesla cannot sell to Texans unless new trucks are first shipped out of state...love politicians...not)
