Service Center Scratched My Vehicle In Multiple Areas

What is my course of action after finding that the service center scratched my vehicle in multiple places?

It’s only 3 weeks old and the charging port was broken...after they replaced it I found many minor scratches and chips.

At this point, I don’t want them tearing my vehicle apart but I want this remedied. I’ve already contacted them but I don’t want to give it o another body shop so they can “fix” it since it’s continuing to go downhill after every “fix” I get.

They should cover the repair of the damaged areas if they caused it.

I just got my windows tinted and when I picked it up the shop I had my tint done at was quick to point out a very minor nick in the chrome caused by them and are covering the repair without me even having to ask. Had they not pointed it out I probably wouldn't have noticed or at least not right away.

I just emailed them about it. Everything happened yesterday, the vehicle is brand new, and you can clearly see that something happened on the verge of the brake light when they removed it.

I’ll see what they say...I’m just frustrated since it’s brand new and now I’ve got to take it back again.
