Service Centre One-Year Appointment - What does it cover and cost?

Last month, I bought a 2010 2.0 Roadster. Everything is working well so far and I'm wondering if I should start taking it on a schedule to my local Tesla service centre for regular maintenance. I am curious to understand:
- What does the 1-year maintenance covers? I.e.,
- How much can I expect to pay? I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

I looked for an existing thread but could not find one.

It's usually around $699 excluding tax and fees. I think mine last year was ~$750 total
