I wanted to share my recent experience. A long line developed on the driver door panel next to the window. Brought it in on 11/1 they were going to replace because the part in inventory was damaged. Setup 2nd appt (11/15) as mobile to replace the panel. Mobile service replaced the entire door panel. I noticed that there was a crease on the white part. Took in for its 3rd appointment (1/3) and they replaced it. Great until I noticed that now the window and door switch is glossy and not matte like all the other doors. Setup 4th appt to have them take a look and hope they can all match.
