Anyone know what the orange tag is? I also noticed they left some flash light thing behind. Anyone know what it is?

The orange tag is attached to the first responder emergency battery disconnect.
In the event of a crash, they can but that loop of cable, and the high voltage system is immediately shut down.

As @DOCAL explained, I would leave the tag visible for first responders to spot it.

As for the Astro 50SL, I would return that to Service Center because that's $60 flashlight tool to spot any imperfections with the paint.
