Service loan car pin code

Hi. Trying to drive away from the service centre but need a pin for the loaner car. Anyone any idea where I get this from? Text email app??

If it’s not in an ordinary Text then someone messed up and you'll be sitting there until they open 8am'ish or playing random numbers (only 9999 options).
They gave me a loaner with P2D and I had to go back and ask. You could probbaly ring roadside assistance but with only half an hour to opening time it's probably not worth it.
