I search to buy a Service plug Disconnect , It's a Orange Plug .
I am in France , And the office Tesla don't want ton buy this parts directly . I want to see the car and put this plug ...

I am VERY surprised the service center would not get the part for you. I would gently push again. I recently had a wreck and needed several parts and my service center did a great job in locating all needed parts.

I spoke to Matthieu the other day and he related the story - I also called the SC in question (for all together another reason)- where I had previously purchased 1 for myself - and I spoke to the guy and effectively they will not sell it now...because it dangerous........so why do they let you buy an oven in a shop where you can put your head in it...jees...I have real issues with health and safety today...maybe just my age - but for me it has become a joke. The idea of personal responsibility does not exist anymore...
