Service Question

So my model 3 is approaching 6500 miles. Based on the service manual, the tire rotation is recommended at 6500 miles. My question is, is it necessary to take the car into a Tesla service center? or any tire shop can do the job? Also, is there anything else that needs to be done? Thank you in advance.

Service center is not required for rotation... I know I have used Discount Tire for this service and everything is normal, they do know the correct jacking points
