My car is only two months old so it has a very short service history. I had a couple fit/finish issues identified at delivery that were cleaned up a few weeks ago. Then, a couple days ago the AC stopped pumping out cold air and the SC fixed it while I waited (without an appointment BTW!). It just dawned on me that there was no paperwork involved, which seems very efficient but someday may be an issue when a prospective purchaser of my car asks if I have books and records. Is this the way Tesla does service typically or should I go back and ask for paper records of the work?
