Servicing in South Australia?

Hi,

Looking at making the leap to a Model 3 (when we can get one!) but I can't find any servicing details for SA, I see a few Tesla's around and wonder where they are getting servicing / repairs carried out?

They have a service centre that they rent/lease/borrow when needed for the big jobs. This is in Tonsley Park (Old Mitsi Site)

Altho in my experience you will rarely need it. As we are one of the last regions to get the M3 so many of the fit and finish issues, bugs, and other items would have been sorted out so no need for a service centre

Yes you will get to meet Gerard, by far the most competant and helpful tesla tech around. The workshop tesla provide him at tonsley is an open air shed, so it has climatic issues. Hopefully the much rumoured service centre is happening soon.
Gerard fixes most issues by simply logging into the car. He is also The sole Adelaide person so you have to be patient, but he does a great job of prioritising important problems.

Yes that is correct service is at Tonsley. Its tricky to find. If entering from the western side, turn right at the lights and then keep driving around behind all the sheds. As long as you have sheds on the left you will find it. Its on the left. If entering from south road, turn right once in the estate and keep working your way around keeping the main shed on you left.
