    Various groups are now offering communities a blueprint or "Bible" on how to set up a city to support Electric Vehicles.

    You might want to pass these plans on to your local leaders.

    There is a thread on Project Get Ready from The RMI but here is the PDF document menu of how a community would begin the process of integrating Electric Vehicles into a town.
    It includes a plan, prices, specific locations for plugs and how many, budgeting and suggested incentives.
