I'm looking to buy a home (in Seattle, WA, if it matters) and a couple of place I've been interested in, it's been the following situation:
Does this sound at all feasible / not prohibitively expensive? Anything else I'm not thinking about?

I'm looking to buy a home (in Seattle, WA, if it matters) and a couple of place I've been interested in, it's been the following situation:
- A townhouse with no HOA and just an old, generic "Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions" (CCR).
- Off-street parking available where you have an "assigned spot"
- The unit of interest is not directly in front of the off-street parking; It's situated like this: [Alleyway] [Off-street Parking] [Unit A] [Unit B] [Unit C] and I am interested in Unit B.
Does this sound at all feasible / not prohibitively expensive? Anything else I'm not thinking about?
