I boggle at the notion that "electricity and hydrogen" can be lumped together. It also bears noting that this scenario is just that - a scenario, not a forecast. Good strategy consultants develop scenarios to stress-test corporate strategies, so I wouldn't rad too much into this Shell case. It's just a "what if" bit of planning.
