Shipping Model 3

Good Morning,

I'm looking to ship my model 3 from TX to Maryland since I'm relocating. Does anyone have any tips, shipper recommendations or things I need to know? For examples does the Tesla need to be in tow mode? The shippers I've spoken to have implied the Tesla has unique features that make shipping it different than a standard vehicle. Can anyone elaborate on this or is it just bs?

I suppose it's possible that when unloading the car, the operator is lazy and uses a winch and gravity to offload. Then you'd need tow mode. This could happen if said operator is prevented from driving the car off, either through legal or physical means. If it were me, I'd pointedly ask what makes the company think a Tesla is "unique".
