They are asking $165 per hour for labor. Thought that was high.

I disagree. That is an average for a specialty shop. Especially versus Tesla's rate of $215/hr.

That said, control arms are quite easy to replace, just make sure you set the N2itive links to the same length as the OEM ones so you don't have a squirrely drive to the alignment shop.
