Short term Lease?

Hey guys!

I'm new to the forum but I have been lurking for a few days now. Here is my dilemma. My lease on my Q50S ends in June 2017 and I would love to have the 3 has my next car. I know, even if I pre-order, it will be probably around first quarter of 2018 before the car is delivered. I can't really be out of a car that long so I was wondering if Tesla does a short term lease for the Model S by chance? Or any other suggestions?

There are sites like swapalease.com (and others I can't remember the name of) that connect people looking to get out of leases early and people looking to take them over. I have no experience with them, so I can't offer any more advice.
