Should app have any functionality before delivery?

I am awaiting delivery and installed the Tesla app, but it literally has no functionality. Just the page below, with nothing live except “Get Support” which opens the Tesla website in my browser. Is that typical?

Generally, no. They will sync the app to your car on delivery. Congrats!

It will appear on your app at delivery. If you arrived early it won’t appear until you are actually scheduled.
