Should I attempt to have Tesla adjust trunk alignment?

So I noticed the passenger side of my trunk is shifted in a few mm more than the roof panel. The other side however is perfect. Think I should attempt to have Tesla adjust it or are they just gonna mess it up worse or cause a seal leak?

I think it would be OK for them to have a try. I had an alignment issue with my frunk lid and they took care of it nicely.

clearly misaligned and more than just "there's a wider gap". looks like the trunk is "shifted" to the left. have mobile service come out and take a look... but be prepared for "it's within specs".

The problem is the left side arm lines up with the roof panel so I'm wondering how something like this can even be corrected?

My 2021 M3P was really out of alignment when I got it. I had mobile service give it a shot while they were out for another issue, but 6 months later it started to shift again - say 1/2 inch out - so bad it bent the power strut and tried to eat itself closing the trunk one day. I decided to drag out a wrench, some red locktite and apply some hefty torque to resolve it permanently. There are 4 adjustment points on how that mounts so don't rule out having it corrected.

Looking at your pics in comparison, it's small sauce. Really quite small.
