Should I just leave me roof bars on all the time?

I leave mine on if they're likely to be needed/used with bike racks within a month or so, then take them off if longer periods in between. They're not difficult to fit (certainly compared to other roofracks I've had in the past) and its only about 20 minutes to refit them if you need them again.

That's about 10x longer than the Thule wingbars I had on my old BMW - but then it's a lot easier with cars that have rails.

I have bought the SR+ for its unrivalled efficiency. I'm not going to spoil this by leaving anything attached to it that raises the air resistance.

Having the rails on also makes it easier to find your car in a parking lot

easier than simply popping up Location in the app?
