Should I replace my scratched 18 inch aero covers before returning a lease?

The service center put my covers on asphalt and now they are scratched. (No I don't have this captured on TeslaCam). Should I go through the lease return process and see what happens? Or just shell out the $100 for a set of 4 new covers? Just worried about being charged a lot as I've heard terrible stories about returning leases, even with Tesla.

Does Tesla consider the covers when observing possible excess wear and tear charges?

I suggest reading through teslas information on the topic of wear and tear, which they have published on their website. You can find it here:

It also has a section for tires and wheels. Your decision should be based on what you read there at teslas own information, not anything else.
