Should I worry about Tesla going out of business?

Food for thought, depending how much of a car person you are.

Is it worth missing out on possibly one of the coolest cars you will ever own?

Sure there’s problems, think GM and ignition switches for example. Think how short of a time that made news compared to the number of lives lost. The name “Tesla” is definitely click bait for companies to make money and reputations from.

If you love cars, love driving, love the environment, love leading by example, love cutting edge tech, buy and enjoy the car.

If anything really does happen, as many others have mentioned, it will be bought out because the tech is worth billions.

Car companies shifted majorly in the last few years, SAAB (still around), Fiskar (still around), Volvo almost bit it, but still around.

The only companies that really disappear, another company owns and won’t sell the rights to. Examples like Pontiac, Saturn, Scion.

Enjoy your new car, and forget the news. Better yet, buy it, and then write an article about how concerned you were and how those concerns melted away after a short period of time and get the word out about how great these cars are!
