Would make sense. Would dispense into telsa-logo coffee cups and add it to your charging fee. Handy power source right there. For improved efficiency the coffee could come right out of the charge plug, a la gas nozzle. In fact future vehicles would have internal tubing which then fills up your cup in the cup holder thru an intelligent side port in your cup.

what charging fee? most owners do not pay to use the SpCs. some might get hit with overtime charges.
the problem with your idea is maintanence, who will load the necessary water and coffee?
for the most part SpCs are located fairly close to places to buy a coffee.

I would go to the nearby store which most have. Coffee out of some filthy, bacteria riddled machine? Hell NO! Unless of course the SC is in nowheresville. :) Coffee is a major food group for me

You should check out the Bossellman Travel Center by the Grand Island, NE superchargers.

No. Unless it's good coffee. But that's unlikely.

It'll be exposed to the elements, won't be freshly roasted, won't be freshly ground. :shocking:

Absolutely. This absolutely should be standard with a $100k+ car.

I hear the new Audis will have it, too.

Aiming pretty high considering we can't even get a trash barrel at these things.

I could just see the *sugar* storm threads starting on TMC

"Why are the locals too cheap to buy a coffee machine!"
"The Model 3 owners drank all the coffee"

5 meters of coffee hose and connectors sounds impressively unsanitary.
Making superchargers need regular cleaning and refills sounds nuts.
    Is this a joke ? :)

No need for coffee. Just urinal. Many times I would get to the supercharger dead middle of the night. It woiuld be nice to have a place to use the restroom.

I can find better coffee at most Superchargers.
What I really need is a bucket and squeegee to clean the windows.

The demo version of the new cables will be installed first at the Green Mountain View* Supercharger.

    * Name changed due to sponsorship agreement.

Yes I'm thinking you would get a discount for getting the stale hose-coffee. Fresh product needs a purge which costs extra. Also if the autonomous cable snake ever happens, it could spray water too for your showering needs.

    Is this a joke? :D

Need to be able to mark a message "disgusting"
