Should Tesla make a “Track Edition” Roadster?

You had so much more input on the mid-engine Corvette, right?
I read about it since the 1970s. Only took 50 years.
Who makes the better dictator? Elon or GM/Wall St. managers?

I've seen all the comments online, and all the articles, praising GM for stepping into THE FUTURE with an affordable (more-or-less) mid-engined sports car! Woohoo!

And yet I'm sitting here feeling like I've sort of already been there and done that, back when I had my 1997 Lotus Esprit V8. I just can't manage to get excited about it.
