Should the autopilot activates the horn to avoid a collision?

Few time, I noticed a car changing lane without using a sign turn and without checking if it was safe to do so.

In this kind of situation, I think that, to avoid collision, I would have slammed on my breaks,
but also I might have used my horn to warn the driver that this was unsafe
and that this could had possibly provoked an accident.

I wonder if the autopilot could eventually activate the horn to avoid a collusion? What do you think?

I've joked about Autohonk a few times; there are some situations where the best way to prevent an accident is to modify the other car's behaviour, if possible, by alerting them to the danger.

I don't think Tesla will be adding Autohonk anytime soon, however.

Ah, where's a good collusion-prevention horn when you need one.... ;) "Emin asked that I schedule a meeting with you and The Russian government attorney who is..." HOOOOOONNK! "Wait, oops, cancel that."

Depends on the location. In Hawaii honking means you run out on aloha spirit. In NY everyone is honking so it's pointless.

In California, honking appears to mean that the other driver sees you so you can safely proceed with cutting them off.
