Big shout out to the folks at the Milford CT Service Center! We were road tripping from Central VA to Westford MA and cut a rear tire on our X. We pulled in without an appointment to the Milford Service Center, and they could hear the air escaping from the tire. They classified it as a flat tire which put us at the head of the line to get a new tire. An hour later we were out of there (with 4 new tires [they had 37,000 miles on them and were due to change out this summer]). The staff was super friendly & helpful! We gave them a 5 star review with glowing comments when Tesla sent us the follow-up email.
