I hope this thread will be helpful to me and others who are trying to find aftermarket wheels for our model X’s. Helpful content would be wheel size (front/rear), offsets, tire sizes, color and any other helpful information. Jason
Found these on FB's Model X owner's group. Price of the wheel/tire package costs more than a Ludicrous upgrade . HRE P101 Size: 22x10 front/rear Offset: unknown Tire: 285/35-22 Pirelli Scorpion
Ooh. I'm liking my choice of Silver now. That looks great! Edit: Their website doesn't even list Tesla as a manufacturer they support. TAG Motorsports - Performance Auto Parts Vista, CA

So whats the difference between these 22inch wheels for $6500 and what you can get on TireRack.com for $500 a wheel. both 22 inches?
Not all 22" wheels are created equal. Here is some information from... Tire Rack. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=90 Bottom line is that forged wheels are expensive. Light, cheap, strong. Pick two.

So no disrespect intended but that seems like an awful waste of money. I mean they look almost identical to the factory wheels. Btw- you guys should make a body kit for the X. Fix the ugly nose and make it more aggressive.m I'll be the first in line to buy one.
I quite like these rims. They don't have the weird geometric triangles that the standard wheels have (they look more like the 22" wheels) and they look gray to me, which is the color I really want. I definitely prefer these over the standard wheels I'm getting.
Don't get me wrong - they are nice looking wheels but essentially identical to factory. Why not just get factory- powder coat them and save the money. If you are going to get aftermarket and spend all the money- shouldn't it be different?
