Updated my wheels again. Went from the Apex SM10 Wheels (for sale here BTW) in 19s to my dream wheels of the Volk Racing TE37 in mag blue. Contacted everyone and their mamas but no one had it in stock until….*drum rolllllll*….. Danny at Model+ had it! He had it in stock! Had to order and it came super fast and well packaged! Thanks Danny!

275/45/19 Conti Tires

One issue though, I think I need moAR low now. Ugh. The Eibach springs with their two finger gap ain’t doing it anymore.

Now I’m talking to EAS at the moment about installing either air suspension or MPP coils! Weee

Also, funny thing. These wheels and especially this color is SUPER DIFFICULT to photograph. The color and concavity is really something else in person that photos don’t do it Justice.

I’m a happy camper.. but still need to get rid of that gap!

Hey Danny, his stance is what I am actually looking for. Seem flush as opposed to my two finger gap. Do you know what suspension he is running?

Thanks!

Julian

Here's my MYP with TST 19”s with Continental DWS06 Plus AS 275/45/19 tires. That’s the “extra wheel protection” size. They’re outstanding, this really should be an option when ordering. This is the first time I’ve ever had aftermarket wheels because they usually look…aftermarket. These look like they belong on the car. I’ve seen comments on the center caps not looking good on the darker rims, on these (brilliant silver) they’re great. Discount Tire mounted them for $10/wheel. Nice.

It’s hard to take rim protection pics, but I think I got a decent one showing the overhang.

I’ll hold commentary on ride/efficiency for another post, I’ve only got about 60 miles on them. The short story is, the ride is much improved for me, but stock wheels/tires were also good - just not my style.

A gratuitous “thank you” to T-Sportline for a great experience and a great product.

I am looking to get a wheel with spec 19x9.5 et 25. Can someone please share some photos with a similar setup and stock height? I was about to get this but realized it was too much out but it could just be an illusion because the tires weren't in yet.

Question for all you aftermarket wheel guys. After upgrading to the TE37 wheels, I’m not really feeling the tire size I have chosen. I swapped over my 275/45/19 tires and I think it’s TOO beefy for my tastes. I think a more sporty squared shoulder would look nice like the te37s look on the model 3. I’m thinking of putting on 265/40/19 tires on my car now. The loss rates for these tires are sufficient and I understand that the ride quality would be a bit diminished and Speedo may be a bit off, but would this size be ok to run? Thoughts?
