It's purposely sticking out. He's made it this way so the center cap will not rotate with the car. Google "floating center cap" to see

When I installed links, etc, I only lowered it by about 1”, and I was happy with that. The average person doesn’t even know it’s “lowered”.

Depends how low you want to go.

I’m personally going to do -5 fr and -7 back.

That’s for a minor drop give or take. Seen all around -6 and that looked clean also.

Lol just a normal guy here. I will try to install the links this weekend, seems like a relatively easy install.
