A photo of the Tesla Model Y and the upcoming Ford Mustang Mach-E charging side-by-side offers a good size comparison of the two electric crossovers.

The photo was posted to Twitter by Simon Wong, who said the Ford test car was spotted in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Ford’s Mach-E is one of the most interesting competitors to the Model Y. The crossovers have similar pricing, acceleration, range, and cargo capacity. Ford is also uses styling cues from one of its most popular nameplates for more than 50 years.

The Mustang Mach-E will be available with standard and extended-range battery options with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive powered by permanent magnet motors. Equipped with an extended-range battery and rear-wheel drive, Mach-E has a targeted EPA-estimated range of at least 300 miles. In extended-range all-wheel-drive configurations, Mach-E is targeting 332 horsepower. The standard all-wheel-drive variation will have quicker times to 60 mph than the base Porsche Macan, Ford said.

The Mach-E is expected to go into production next year.
