Here’s what it looks like when you enter reverse and swipe down to access the side repeater cameras:
Cool. Very cool. 24.6 is installing on mine as we sit here.
This could be useful when parking next to curbs as well.
I usually keep the map on top of the screen, backup camera view in the middle, and music on the bottom. The side backup views don’t appear in this mode. I have to enlarge the backup camera view to get to it. Took me a couple of attempts to figure it out, but really like the new options.
This is a great feature but the repeater views should be on top and the rear view on the bottom.
Is this feature working on MCU1 vehicles, or only MCU2 ?
There's been such a rush to get MCU2 Upgraded, is there anyone else with MCU1?
I'm ready for the upgrade, too...just waiting for my service invite from Tesla lol
Unfortunately it looks like it’s MCU2 only. I have hw3 with mcu1 and the repeater view is not included in this update on my 2017 model x.
i guess that's one more consideration for the MCU2 upgrade, since I'm OCD about scraping the wheels lol
Haha, I hear you this might be the first missing feature that is making me really think about paying for the upgrade.
@cruiserlarry, It ain't OCD, It's OCB, not Disorder, its Behavior. And its a good thing. Proud to be. Keeps us busy and centered and employed (maybe paid or unpaid), and what's wrong with all other other people?
Actually, I have CDO. It's just like OCD, but with the letters in the correct order lol
