I'm going on a trip for work and plan to drive my MS.

The hotel has a Siemen's VersiCharge 25 amp charger.

Will I be able to charge with my SAE J1772 adaptor?

That amps/speed chart assumes 240V. Many commercial installations are on 208V instead, since that's what you naturally get from three-phase commercial power. If this charger is on 208V, then knock off roughly 13% from those speeds. Possibly more if there's a lot of voltage drop, I've often seen under 200V at public chargers.

13%? as you said it's often under 200V. Add 20% to charging times. It might be worse if the car reduces charging amps due to low voltage.
