We received our three signature black wall connectors yesterday. They are still rewriring the garage but we should have them all installed tomorrow.

We'll probably open them up after they are installed to see if there are any difference. Since the model numbers are the same (other than the BLK at the end), I'm guessing there aren't any cool new features.

Nice, does the logo have the green strobe like the regular one has the green light the moves from top to bottom?

I’m not aware of any new features. The vertical light behaves the same as my gen 2 HPWC. No other lights on the unit.

See below from a For Sale thread. Looks like it just shows up.

To answer a few questions:
1. Yes this is similar in function to the HPWC long cable that you can buy from Tesla.
2. I can ship it out today.
3. There was no notification that it was coming to me from Tesla. It just showed up at my front door. But I will make sure to give you tracking when it goes to you.

Anybody know how these are shipping / where they're shipping from? USPS Informed Delivery / UPS My Choice / FedEx Delivery manager may give at least a little advanced notice of the delivery.

For folks that are receiving the wall connector, can you please post the date of your order as well as the month in which you were eligible for the referral award? Trying to understand the sequence in which they are delivering

One more data point. I had a Dec 2017 referral. I emailed customer support requesting an estimated ship date. They replied saying referrals from September were shipping.

I received that response on Friday. Signature wall connector arrived Monday. Coincidence?

I had the same response, but I noted this extra sentence of the referral program representative: "You should be receiving yours soon as we shipped out more then expected."

My referral was in November 2017, but I haven't received it yet.
