Signature Line Doesn't Appear in My Posts

I've edited my account options to include a little signature line at the bottom of my posts, but it fails to appear. Any idears what I might be doing wrong? Do I need to earn the privelege of having a signature line somehow? Do I need to deposit $40k?

Never mind. It just showed up.

The signature doesn't show up until you make new posts including that signature.
