Significantly higher miles on the car at delivery than on the sales contract

Same thing happened to me. I hought a demo 2020 model S LR+ that was supposed to have 350 miles on it with a $2200 discount. When I picked it up it had 550 miles on it but the discount was increased to $3000. The car was in perfect condition so I was happy to get the addtional money off. I only gave a $100 deposit when ordering and didn't pay in full until after I got a chance to inspect, but not, drive it. This was last June and the car is still perfect.

I had this on my Model X when I bought it as a CPO. There was about ~200 miles more on the car when I finally got it. The key to getting something is to ask for something it is easy for them to give. The paper work is already completed so as for credit in accessories or service etc. I asked them to throw in a ChAdeMO adapter to compensate and they gladly accepted.
