Silly question - but are these wheels on backwards? How much does it affect range?

They’re not backwards, unless mine are backwards too.

The Slipstream wheels are not directional - they're the same on the left and right, which means one side is "backwards" in terms of the blade direction with respect to airflow. It's deliberate - whether it has an impact on range is unknown. It was clearly a supply chain decision at the time so they didn't have to make two different versions, so presumably there's some kind of compromise but I expect it's negligible.
