Lucky me is on my third nail/screw in tire since picking up my car in September. To add icing to the cake, i finally have sidewall damage and need to replace a tire.

What have you done for single-tire replacement, replace with the stock tire or go with something else? Discount Tire is having trouble getting a replacement for the stock 20" induction tires. I am wondering if I should go with an alternative or shop elsewhere.

If you replace the damaged tire with a different model tire you should replace the tire on the opposite side at the same time. If the tread depth of the remaining tire (the tire opposite the one that needs to be replaced) is much less than a new same model tire this may also be a concern.
