Slacker extremely flacky

Starting about a month ago slacker has been pretty much unusable in my MX. It takes forever to download a song and more often than not I'll get a "load Error" on the screen. I had the car in for its yearly service a few weeks ago and they said that the problem was with slacker. I find that pretty hard to believe given that the service been working fine for years (I had a MS before my MX) and the problem has been going on for so long.
Is anybody else having technical issues with slacker?

I did after the recent software update... occasionally have the load error.. Did a reboot and so far so good. have you tried?

The service center updated the firmware when I had it in. I guess it won't hurt to reboot it again.

You too, eh? I've been rebooting it frequently and Slacker is still regularly struggling to load.

service told me it was a known issue caused by one of the recent updates Received two firmware updates last week and it is better but still not acceptable

Mine was working for a day on Monday. Now back to slowness
