Has anyone figured out why/what the purpose of the "favorite" button for the songs are? (the one below the cover art - not the favorite station button) Using Slacker on the web, "favorite"ing an individual song would allow you to build a custom station with all your favorite tracks. But unless you login with your own account info, and we can't get access to the Tesla special account via the web for our cars, there doesn't seem to be a purpose for this button. I haven't found a "favorite songs" station in the menus in the car (there is a custom stations menu, but it's blank?). Why did they give us a button that we can't effectively use?

I think in the car it is simply a "like". And the other is do not play again. We've noticed the ones you select the heart, it plays more often in that playlist. This works just like the pandora thumbs up and thumbs down,

Fav'ing a song adds it to the same fav list as the heart icon on the slacker website. But the MS interface doesn't have good functionality to actually do much with that info. One way to add value even though the MS slacker interface is not otherwise up to snuff for Premium account usage: If you use the slacker website you can add the "favorite mashup station" to your bookmarked stations. It will then show up in the car and your "fav'd" songs will be incorporated into that list.
