Slacker issue: April 2023

I know that others have posted about slacker login issues. My issue just started this month April 2023, and I have a Tesla service home appointment on April 15, 2023.

Does anyone have more ideas about how to resolve this without a service appointment?

It used to be Tesla just emailed the login for your specific car. Note that every car has a unique login password. For me, this was 3-4 years ago, so maybe the need is so infrequent, they forgot that it doesn't need a service visit or how to email the info.
