Slacker loading error

It looks like the problem is mostly in Canada.
I have exact same problem starting from Oct. 12 (was at v8 at that time, now on v9).

Got in this morning and he took my details and created a ticket. Said others had reported it. Sent it to diagnostics team, and expects a response of some sort within 72 hours.

Also reported that the TeslaCam eventually stops recording and creates errors on the thumb drive (tried it on 3 so far).

I was in service yesterday about other OS related issues (I think my install was corrupt), and he actually asked me if my slacker was skipping when I said the OS had issues.

They definitely know about it...

And yes, I'm having the same issues.

I noticed my Slacker skips a bit once in awhile lately. Almost like when a record skips. The songs play fine, but whenever I park then get back in the car it says Loading Error with a refresh icon and it usually takes 5 minutes or so of driving before it starts working. Today the dashcam has a grey X on it and won't work no matter what I do.

Also, forgot to mention but today I drove to my house, parked for TEN minutes, got back in the car and all my Playlists were gone again, so had to restart the touchscreen then it all came back.

I noticed that Slacker has been lagging and pausing mid song. Sometimes it would keep spinning and spinning even if I change stations or try skipping to the next song. I also have been noticing skips/moments of silence during songs as well.

Seems to be fully functional again as of yesterday afternoon.... Ottawa ON.

I heard it's also an issue in the US, not related specifically to Canada.

Seems to have returned to normal for the last couple of days for me as well. Hopefully this has been resolved.

Seems to be operating smoothly today. I wonder if that will be the case tomorrow morning during rush hour...

Still having the occasional skips today...and one song even ended during the second verse and moved onto the next song. The song that ended normally plays to the end.

FWIW, we have been experiencing Loading Error on Slacker in our Model S for a bit now. Reboot doesn’t always resolve. Maybe it’s Slacker?

Now I'm having songs completely pause (seems to be loading) and then eventually finish about a minute later. I also have one artist playlist which is stuck on one song which will never load. Anyone having this type of Slacker issue?

Had some weird skipping yesterday and loss of LTE connectivity for a while.
